Read-only by design

The sync app copies the database files first and reads the copy. It never writes back into SoftTrade.

Client access is isolated at the database level, so each login can reach only its assigned company.

Verified account and protected setup

Your email is verified first. One-time install codes expire, and the Windows app stores its connection secret securely on that machine.

Reset sync credential

Use this only if a computer is lost or you believe its connection has been exposed. Every connected sync app will stop until you reconnect it.

This does not change your dashboard password. It disconnects all sync computers immediately.

Will OpenBahi change anything in SoftTrade?

No. OpenBahi copies the required files into a temporary folder and reads that copy. It never writes into your live books.

Does the computer need to stay on?

The computer needs to be on for a sync to run. If it misses a scheduled time, Windows starts the sync when the computer becomes available again.

Can I use the dashboard on my phone?

Yes. The dashboard works in a browser on phones and computers, and can be added to your phone's home screen for quick access.

How often does the dashboard update?

The current sync app checks every hour from 9:00 in the morning to 9:00 in the evening. When the books have changed, the dashboard is rebuilt with the latest data.
