Terms of Service
Effective September 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of the OpenBahi website, dashboard, and synchronization application. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms.
Authorized business use
You must be authorized to connect, view, and manage the accounting information associated with a business account. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for ensuring that invited or connected users have appropriate authority.
Your account
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, Google account, setup codes, and connected computers. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share temporary setup codes with untrusted parties or use OpenBahi to access another business's records without permission.
The service
OpenBahi presents synchronized business information for operational convenience. Availability, synchronization timing, and compatibility may vary. You should continue to maintain your source accounting records and appropriate backups. OpenBahi is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, scrape or overload the system, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, or use OpenBahi for unlawful activity.
Changes and suspension
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that threaten security, violate these terms, or create legal risk. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, OpenBahi disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
